Days of China in New Belgrade: 25,26 February (Belgrade)

The project “Novi Beograd i Svet 2012″ (New Belgrade and the World 2012), happening on February 25 and 26 will present the rich history and tradition of China.
On Saturday the painting workshops will be held featuring the calligraphy but also the stage make-up workshop for children inspired by the Chinese motifs. Professor Radosav Pusic will present Confucius Institute (at 6pm), while the President of New Belgrade municipality Nenad Milenkovic, will open the event and exhibition "China Now and Then".
The first day is also reserved for the movie Fa Yeung Nin Wa (In the Mood for Love). It’s Hong Kong movie from 2000. directed by the award-winning director Wong Kar-Wai, and for the many is the most beautiful love story ever made.
Getting organized on Sunday is the lecture "Building bridges as Chinese tradition" (5.30pm), a tea party and screening of the concert (6.30pm), the promotion of the book about China (7pm) and the promotion of tai chi (8pm).
Admission to all programs is free of charge.
The event is organizing in the hall of the New Belgrade Cultural Network on the address Jurija Gagarina 221, block 45.
