Rekindling Venus is a a 26-minute film metaphor for global cooperation on climate change. It uses image and sound to fully immerse us in an underwater world.
It draws its name from the hope to rekindle our responsibility for the marine world, and to inspire an intention to act as a global community to reduce the threats to the world’s oceans that are the direct result of climate change.
Rekindling Venus is an extraordinary journey into a mysterious realm of fluorescent coral reefs, bioluminescent sea creatures and rare marine life, revealing a complex community living in the oceans most threatened by climate change. The Australian Embassy in Belgrade will launch 'Rekindling Venus' on 05 June at the Belgrade Planetarium.
