Together these musicians will form an orchestra of highest European standard that no country within the region could achieve on its own.

The biggest star of the festival running a slogan “The Siege of Belgrade” will be the legendary classic guitarist Paco de Lucia. He had an amazing concert in 2010 as a part of the Guitar Art Festival, and now returning with a new album.
