The expat family life means finding new schools, and often, the most people coming to Serbia are deciding to choose private ones. School is where children develop their minds, build a network of friends, learn about the world etc.

So that means that you would want to find the perfect environment to allow your little ones to blossom. School needs to fit the right philosophy, size and location and an expat parent has to consider a number of other factors, including language and curriculum.

Besides primary and secondary education, Serbia offers an increased number of foreign universities that are opening branches in Belgrade. They offer Bachelor and Master education following foreign curricula.

In addition to following the University of Cambridge’s educational programmes, the Anglo-American School in Serbia offers tailored classes that prepare pupils for their life as adults.

Most non-English-speaking countries have many schools that teach in English and follow a British curriculum, but that does not necessarily mean that their pupils are prepared for working in the Anglophone world. The Anglo-American School in Serbia’s capital Belgrade seeks to address this problem by providing tailored classes in English that prepare pupils for their careers and develop their skills beyond those required by any curriculum.

SPECIALISED
An independent primary, secondary, college and university preparatory school, the institution is passionate about instilling a desire for academic and personal excellence in the children that attend it.
